This has long been a dream of mine that was harder than I expected to make a reality. A friend of mine, @[6517195:2048:Macaulay Knight Whitaker], has done amazing work with an initiative called @[100067461153346:2048:FORGE] in onboarding students into careers in construction. She gave me a sage piece of advice.

"Start with one."

This is the result. I am so proud of these guys. I am also thankful to the @[100070940345691:2048:West Point Consolidated School District, MS] for providing the opportunity. My hope is that what Forge is for construction, #Upgrade can be for getting students interested, prepared, and connected to lucrative opportunities in tech.
