As Christians, our hypocrisy can be breathtaking. When there is sin we don't like, we're quick to invoke the law but when it's sin we're comfortable with nobody can beat us saying we're not supposed to judge.

But do you know the difference between holding each other accountable as we're commanded to do and the type of judgement Jesus warns us to avoid?

It's this: a path forward.

Judgement says there is no hope, no way forward -go die. Accountability acknowledges what is wrong and offers the corrections needed so we can move forward together -it says come live with me.

If we keep this in mind, we can positively change the entire tone and atmosphere around really tough conversations. Don't throw people away. Christ died for them. Look for the way forward. #perfectourlove
